When should I service my HVAC system?

A good baseline is one cooling check before summer and one heating check before winter. Heat pumps work year-round and benefit from both.

Should I repair or replace my system?

Equipment age, repair cost and breakdown history all matter. We’ll explain the options so you can decide what makes sense for your home.

What should I do if my AC stops cooling?

Check your thermostat settings and filter. If the unit is frozen, leaking or still blowing warm air, turn it off and call for a diagnosis. Don’t open electrical panels or refrigerant lines.

How do I request service?

Call or text (770) 826-7301 with your name, address and what’s happening with your system. We’ll talk through scheduling and the next step.
